go bear!
Tonight's the big NBA draft so I'll be sending my positive vibes out to Leon Powe. I wish he stayed one more year at Cal, but after his Pac-10 domination last year I can understand why he'd want to test the waters in this year's weak draft.
Let's also hope my Lakers get a solid contributor at #26.

i have to root for a bruin now?? i think not. my boy pittsnogle didn't even get picked.
jordan farmar picked before powe? and in the 1st round, no less?
powe shoulda stayed at cal. 2nd round = no guaranteed contract = Jamaal Sampson Part Deux
damn...
i never was a big farmar fan, so you can count me disappointed and worried.
i disagree about powe though. he had nothing left to prove in the pac-10, and this year's weak draft was his best shot at cracking the first round.
his 20 and 10 is a step above sampson's 6 and 6 so I'm not too worried. Besides, Sampson's still in the NBA (back in the Bay Area actually: http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/players/3644)
